What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond behind the scenes. There were times when my HOA was unresponsive, and Kim took the initiative to stay on top of them, keeping things moving forward when it could have easily stalled. She also kept me in the loop at every turn, making sure I always knew what was happening and what to expect; ultimately helping ensure we closed on time, even with a few surprises along the way!

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Kim in selling our home of 32 years. As we moved out of town, she helped us coordinate with contractors repairing the home, find a lawn service, dispose of left-behind belongings, etc. All this on top of the "normal" realtor services involved in selling: photography, advertising, showings, navigating offers, etc. Her estimate of the market price was right on the money, and we sold for very close to double the amount that one of the "we'll buy it right now" firms had offered.
